USOMC offers returns of application fees and event entry fees within 15 days of the availability of the events schedule provided that there is a proof of hardship in attending the event(s). USOMC offers returns purchase price for advertisement and person messages 3 days after the purchase is made. There will be no return once advertisement and person message have been published.
