Category 17: Showcase Sight-Reading Solo
There are Five Different Age Groups in this Category.
All Contestants will play "by sight" one short piece according to their age levels.
Levels Preparatory and Elementary will have 5 minutes to look over the music (without a piano) before their turn to play.
Levels Junior through Senior will have 3 minutes to look over the music (without a piano) before their turn to play.
Each contestant may enter only once in the Solo Event.
Contestants of this category must report to the information booth 15 minutes before the competition time.
