Dr. Billy Loo Sr Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Billy Loo Sr., beloved husband to Lamae Loo, a co-founder/ President of the USOMC, has passed away on July 5, 2016. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the U.S. Open Music Competition, attention: Dr. Billy Loo Sr. Memorial Scholarship.
With your support and in honor of Dr. Billy Loo Sr. Memorial Scholarship, USOMC will continue to promote classical music within our younger generation.
