It will be impossible for each of the 1500+ contestants to request a certain time for their competition, since the scheduling team of USOMC has to fit 110 events within 5 days. However, if you are coming from another country, another State or 100 miles away, especially if you have a sibling that also competes in the USOMC competition, do list all your requests clearly in the "Notes/Comments" section of the on-line registration form. USOMC cannot guarantee that all requests be granted, but every request will be seriously considered and, if possible, accommodated.
Preliminary notification of competition schedules, with names of contestants in each event (dates and times), including details and maps, will be posted on the USOMC website by January 10th, 2020. Contestant should make sure all their information is correctly recorded. Notify USOMC of any mistake immediately by email, from January 10th - 20th, 2020. There will be no changes made after that date.
Final notification of the competition schedule (including order of performance for each contestant) will be posted on January 21st, 2020 at the USOMC website (www.usomc.org) and/or USOMC mobile app. Note: It is the contestants' responsibility to check the website often for new important information. Arrive at the competition site on time and ready to perform.
