Judges may not necessarily hear pieces in their entirety, and this will not reflect negatively on the contestants.
All winners will be announced at the end of each event and judges' comments will be available to all contestants via email, by the end of the day.
THE JUDGES' DECISIONS ARE FINAL. Talking to or contacting the judges before, during or after a competitions is unethical, inappropriate and not allowed. The USOMC board may disqualify any contestant(s) displaying such conduct.
